looking for people to join "Pilates Experiment"

We still need two more people to join "pilates experiment".


Group Profile:
We talked about doing a pilates experiment in the community to see if it really works for losing inches. This is the group to track that! Required: Do pilates at least 3 times a week for 30 days -track your weight loss in inches (waist @ navel, hips, thighs) -track the transformation with pics (optional)

Interesting idea. Do the participates only do pilates as a workout? If they are cutting calories or other workouts, you don't know if the pilates led to losing inches or other behaviors.

I'm doing the same workouts I did in January plus adding at least 3 pilates sessions a week. Eating 1200 calories a day.

I know what inches I lost in January. It'll be interesting to see if I lose more inches in February than I did in January.

It's definately not a scientific study! Just will be interesting to see what kind of results people are getting from pilates.
