Re: 30 mins enough?

This is more of a suggestion for those who find it hard to put any time towards exercise.
I consider anything that I do to be exercise, if otherwise I'd be sitting. Example - walking around wal-mart on my lunch break when I'd usually be sitting at my desk or a restaurant. This thinking has helped me keep moving about throughout my day, and also help me to not get so pooped after 10min on the elliptical and threadmill.
I also use 10min workout videos, sometimes I only do one, sometimes I do 3. In my mind, evey little bit counts and helps.

Good luck to all!!!

I count shopping, housecleaning, mowing the yard, and gardening as exercise. Vacuuming, mopping and washing those windows can give you a nice workout. I usually listen to some music and dance around while I am cleaning. Some vigorous dancing and cleaning can burn calories and be fun while leaving me with a nice clean house. In the summer I usually mow the yard with the push mower while my husband mows with our Dixon riding mower. I get a good workout and I feel like I have accomplished something.
