Arms Workout DVD?

I love doing my workouts in my living room (I'm a FIRM fan). However while the FIRM's been great for my abs and legs, I haven't been seeing a lot of results in the "flab under the arms" area. Anyone have a good DVD they've been using for arms workouts that's givng good results?

Here's a good workout for the arms:

Get yourself some "mini" hula hoops (you can find them at Walmart's or KMart's or someplace like that.) put one around each wrist and do "wrist circles"... It may take a whlie for you to get the hang of twirling both arms at once, but it's a great way to shape up the "granny jiggle' under the arms. :-) I understand that Bally's also sells similar little arm circles equipment, but it is much more expensive. However, they are worth it. :-)

The other thing is that if you have a spouse or friend, you might try getting a small, weighted medicine ball to toss at each other (like shooting a basket ball) or just toss the medicine ball into the air about your head and catch it. It helps to work out the triceps. :-)

Kathy Smith

Kathy Smith has some DVDs out, and I like the one that's called Lift Weights to Lose Weight. I eventually wrote down the exercises she does on the DVD and now do it to my own music. I've definitely noticed results from it!

Cathe Friedrich has some totally awesome upper body workouts. Very challenging, but can be modified.

Arm DVD's

I absolutley love Tami Lee Webb's "I Want Those Arms". I have seen great results in only 15 minutes per day 2 times per week. Collage video sells it. Enjoy!
