Stacker 2

Anyone ever used this? I've used it from time to time when I have really early classes and I've discovered instead of giving me energy, it simply eliminates midday cravings for food...

Any thoughts on this?

many of those types of pills are stimulants and use either caffeine or some other ingredient to amp you up. Use of those pills can cause adrenal fatigue (meaning you'll ultimately end up feeling really tired, irritable, etc.) I wouldn't recommend using them as they tax your body.

I know a lot of people are against supplements for a myriad of reasons. And I know I will get slack for this but I do use a few things that I find helps my energy levels as well as my workout efficiency.

I take Animal Cuts (which is kind of like the stacker 2), Fitness Pak (bacically multi vitamins), CLA and ZMA (zinc before bedtime). As long as you talk with your doctor to make sure you aren't mixing the wrong things, supplements can be effective. Especially when you take things that are naturally occuring in food and are exercising regularly.
