Question for those on Weight Watchers

Should I count individual foods or a total of the foods I eat??

I mean if I eat something that is on the brink of being a point higher and a veggie... individually I would count the first food as the point no matter how close to it is to the next and in theory the veggie as 0... but if I count it is accumulative then I could be actually a point higher.

I already count calories, so I could just imput it into the online points calculator. TIA!

I count everything individually, you may use less than the serving size & it isn't worth the whole pt. That is how I do it at least. for an example, making a sandwhich, each piece is worth something on its own. then add them all up together to say hey my sandwhich was worth 6 pts. it had this, this, this, this & this. Hope that helped.
