daily percentages

i need a good site for finding out what the daily percentages should be for a 1200 calorie meal plan
i talking about like carb, protein, fat etc

help i really am clueless when it comes to this stuff. im not really sure how to figure it out. and i really do need a good site or info to help me break it down and figure it out

Calorie King has some good articles, as does the Harvard Medical web site. The truth is, there are as many answers as there are sites - You have to decide - do you do better with more protein or less? Just don't try to cut the fats too far - you need *healthy* fats in order to be able to process many vitamins and for healthy skin.
