White Strech Marks?

Hi, I tried looking around for this question.
I'm loosing weight, have lost about 10 pounds and am now 5'4" and 140lbs.
I've noticed very thin, very pale not-really-noticable (thank goodness) webs of marks on my butt and hips. Does this have something to do with my body slowly shrinking? Just wondering.

Although stretch marks are often associated with weight gain, they are just sites of collagen breakdown in the skin. I know thin people who have never ever been overweight who have them.

Cocoa Butter...

works wonders. Either Dr. Palmers or Queen Helena...the sooner you start the better. And if you can afford it, vitamin E...rub it right onto those stretch marks

Thank God for only a few of them. My abdomen looks like a roadmap of silver, whitish stretch marks after having two kids. I only wish I had a few little ones that werent that noticable!!! :(

Here Here PP!! Be thankful for the little ones! My stretch marks became open sores because I had that PUPP rash when I was pregnant and now it's just gross!!!!!

I had very bad stretch marks on my stomach from having babies ( ten years ago) They were dark pink against my pale skin and looked HORRID! I started tanning recently and now they are barely noticeable! Tanning isn't healthy, and I know that so I have stopped now that I have accomplished my goal. Not recommending it, just letting you know what happened to me.

Today my 4 year old daughter and I were out in the yard. She hard her hand under her shirt feeling her belly. She yelled to me on the other side of the yard. "MOM! MY BELLY FEELS REALLY SMOOTH! NOT LIKE YOURS. YOURS IS ALL BUMPY." I'm really glad she announced that to my whole neighborhood.

LMAO PP, that is hilarious. I feel ya though. My lower abdomen feels that way after two kids too. I was the first one to comment up there about wishing my stretch marks were barely noticable and little white ones. I am glad someone else feels the same. :)
