Should you take a multi-vitamin at a young age?

I'm 17 years old and I was just wondering if someone at my age would need to take a multi-vitamin b/c I don't get a lot of variety of foods in my diet. I eat well....but I eat a way more fruit than veggies (although I do like veggies) and I don't eat hardly any fatty fish, except when I go out to eat and order salmon!

You are young, so CHANGE your habits so you can make it to old.

Multivitamins are your nutritinal seatbelt as a saftey precaution when you don't get enough nutrients - not reason to not steer the car ;)

Tuna has omega-3 & is cheap or flax meal
Spinach salad is great
Strawberries are awesome - just make a few nutritional changes and then take the multivitamin too - but not as a crutch.
