This group is only for serious members who can commit daily, and is up for a monthly challenge of realistically being able to lose about 7-10 lbs depending on the person. This is a private group and if you are seriously interested leave your info. This is not a chit chat group but a more serious group who will share healthy recipes, fitness ideas, daily goals, and positive comments to achieve their monthly goals.
