I want to cry I am so frustrated

I know I am PMSing, I know everything is less tense and frustrating then it seems to me, but EVERYTHING is pecking at me. I am trying to voice my feeling rather than eating them.

When I am PMSing the best remedy is exercise. Lets me get my frustration out and makes my crapms/bloating go away. Can you get away tonight and have a good cardio session?
Hope you feel better!

Whenever you get the overwhelming feeling of frustration, take a deep breath (take in as much fresh air as you can possibly take in), hold, and release slowly. Then, think frankly about the action you need to take to get through that moment (and I don't mean eating) and just do it to get through it. Wha la...you've advance on to the next step. This makes your stressor a thing of the past. Baby steps :)

Exercise is good, venting is good - grab some friends and go for a walk and/or a cup of coffee or tea. Getting out and chatting with others always makes me feel better, and if you go for nice walk together it's even nicer!

Sorry you're feeling PMSy - but kudos for getting it out and not giving in!

I am too girl...I know how you feel...seriously working out is the BEST remidy! Seriously...puts you in a good mood, and makes you feel thinner. And if you have cramps...most of the time it gets rid of them too
