Oatmeal Detox?

yesterday I overindulged a bit, so this next week I kind of want to do a detox. Not an all out crazy detox but something to get this extra sodium and sugar and crap out of me. My stomach hurts and is bloated. I was wondering if I could just eat plain whole grain oatmeal for breakfast and lunch and then something healthy with veggies and such for dinner?

Are you wondering if there's a downside to doing this for a week?

If you can stand the monotony and aren't afraid of triggering a binge, I don't see the harm. My guess is you'll start to feel better after even one day of eating better and eating less.
