fat smash

i tried the fat smash diet and was a little hungry but i ate: oatmeal, i had one 10-12 oz coffee with splenda and fat free creamer (not willing to go through cafeine withdrawal), carrots, hummus, celery, green, yellow, red pepers, v8 drink. tea, no pop at all, veggie burgers! the chicpatties from boca are great, get the spicy chicken. canned greens, black beans/brown rice, spinach salads with grapes, apples, made the fat smash oatmeal muffins ( can search web for whole wheat fat free muffins (use applesauce and bananas). i lost about 5 lbs in one week but did not do phase II because i was lazy. now i am doing a diet from prevention 321. i walk 30-45 mins everyother day and work out to music 40 mins everyother or every day. depends.

Fat Smashers in need of Support

Hi all yes I am planning doing this I just ordered my book and waiting for it to arrive. I plan to log on my food intake daily and I will be visiting everyday. I have to hold myself accountable for what I eat. I have researched alot online about the fat smash diet and it sounds great.

I have never heard of it before but someone told me just today that I eat sort of like the plan in the book. Can I find this book at a library? What I'm doing is working for me but it's so slow! If I can see the plan and if I think I can do it without feeling deprived, I might be able to get rid of more than just a few oz a week (as it is now, it's consistently been less than a lb a week).
