30 something mothers who need to loose the final 5 pounds

I am looking for some positive, motivated, energetic people who don't need to lose a ton of weight. I love to work out and stay active but seem to have a terrible night time snacking habit. Slowly the pounds are creeping on but worse than that is the way I feel mentally because I keep sabotaging my weight loss and healthy eating throughout the day. It would be great to have someone to help me stay on track!
