I'm a 40 something, working hard at staying healthy Mom. Over the course of the last five years I have lost and kept off 80 pounds. No one tells you that the hard part is keeping the weight off once you've lost it.
I do some sort of a work out everyday. If it would just snow I'd be out there on my X-country ski or snow shoes, but until that happens I'm a long distance walker.
I'm looking for others who have found that there is a need for low presure, but helpful support.
