I had a baby this last year and lost all the pregnancy weight within a couple weeks. Unfortunately, my pre-pregnancy weight was about 30+ lbs higher than it should be. Before I moved to the east coast, I used to take yoga several times a week and bike or hike several times a week. Now I do a lot of snow watching and am starting to feel older and creaky. I am looking for others who are facing similar challenges with weight loss. Thought that this might also make me more accountable in doing something positive for my health each day.
