If you are a member of the YMCA in Pflugerville's new facility, let's get together and continue this progress of working out. Being, 37 years young, I attend ACC, while my children are in school, which allows me flexibility during the day. I would like to lose 25lbs during the next 5 months. Looking forward to our continued progress.
