| Profile: | I'm almost 25 years old and have been struggling with my weight all of my life.  Growing up, I had very bad eating habits, seldomly exercised, and had a poor overall body image.  I want to change all of that before I get older and develop health problems.  Right now  I am 190+ and would like to lose 50 lbs.  or more, learn to eat and prepare healthier meals, find exercises I enjoy doing, and give and receive motivation and encouragement to/from others who are in the same boat as I am.  Let's find a better boat to be in!!
