Starting Nov 4 , 2008, we are going to keep 100% accountability rate for at least 30 days. Each and everyday we report out diet, share feelings, and exchange conversation on everything and every problem we might encounter. We welcome people at every age and weight. The single most important thing is that we are determined to keep each other accountable every day for at least 30 days. We are ready to remind each other of our goals, positively motivate each other, personally remind the member who miss logging, share tips/ideas/recipes without judging, and reach out goal together!
