I am a 45 yr. old mother of one 4 yr. old son. I want to be able to keep up a little better with him and to enjoy life with my husband. I don't really want to be in a group all alone. You don't have to live close to me, I'm not looking for an exercise partner (I have that in my son). I want to lose about 30 lbs. and get tighter, fitter and healthier. I am eating a more low-fat, low-cal., increased fiber, whole grains and low-fat dairy. Even if I don't lose weight maybe I'll get healthier. I enjoy exercise usually, but have a hard time getting myself to get going and stick with it.
