I am a 43 yr. old woman, and have been dieting with some success and some failure for almost 10 years. I am 5'3" and was down to 128 lbs. from 220 - now back up to 148 after a stressful summer (loss of my father) and too much work. I am looking for balance and encouragement, as well as some peer pressure! I would like to lose the 20 lbs. I have gained and an additional 10, for optimal health. I am a vegetarian, but anyone is welcome!
I am an artist, College teacher, work part time at a non-profit, and also in my painting studio.
