A former sufferer of a severe eating disorder (bulimia nervosa) for more than 6 yrs, I am learning to no longer hate food, and more importantly, not hate myself for being human. Have undergone intense therapy for 2 yrs+, but went a little overboard with my newfound "emancipation," and have put on more weight than is healthy for someone of my height/structure. I am now trying to find that healthy balance of being accountable and responsible for my weight and overall fitness, but NOT taking it to such unhealthy and deadly extremes. Am looking to lose about 25-30lbs the right way. Is there anyone out there, whether you have suffered from an ED or not, who would like to join me on my journey? :)
