Almost 51. Unbelievable. Married 31 years to my best friend. 2 grown children. I Work 40 hours per week. My hobby is sewing, prefer quilting. Love to travel. Favorite vacation was a Caribbean cruise.

41 years old. Lost approx. 25 lbs when husband was deployed to Iraq back in 2003. Had to start working out when the lbs. started to creep back on in late 2003. I'm currently up 7 lbs. from a year ago and it's driving me crazy.

I am a 50 year old woman who knows how to be a healthy eater and isn't hugely overweight..but I have lost my focus and can't seem to get back on track.
