Recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis- not so good for my weight!

I was underweight for much of my life, but in my 30s became way overweight and cannot seem to get the pounds off! I did some weight over the summer but only after picking up smoking after stopping for over a year. So now, I need to do both. Get depressed just thinking about it!

I am a 25 yr old mother of 2 boys under 5 years of age and married. My husband and I just opened up his auto business and I've had my own business since 2006 in home improvments. We lead a very busy life and its very hard to cook by the time I get home.
