i need to be pushed im best when the preasure is on but i will also do the same for anybody who asks so i think that is the only way im going to lose if someone is there helping. im a 23 yr old guy from texas im just looking to lose this weight ant keep it off im barely starting college after spending time in the Airforce . well i kno how to work out i kno how to eat i just need help in motivating my self to do what i kno is right
