DWF, 51, two daughters, one soon to be 30, one soon to be 16. After being thin most of my life, the last eight years I packed on more than 55 pounds, lots of it from being housebound to take care of my ailing mother who has since passed. Some of it I am convinced is the direct result of medications I take. Developed emphysema after 9/11 and take an inhaled steroid daily.

I am 31 years old and just moved to Canada, I am from Salt Lake City, Utah. I fell in love with a Canadian so here I am! Before the wedding I started gaining weight, I think it was all the stress of leaving my friends and family and moving to another country that did me in. I just want to be happy and healthy and I know in turn my body will start to shape itself.
