Hi I'm a mom to 2 wonderful boys and 2 step-children. I work with children with special needs and my own 2 sons are Dyslexic. I have a lot on my plate, but need to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I have been overweight my whole life and it is now time for me to stop!! I want to be healthier and set a good example to all the kids.

I'm a 53 year-old married man.
I am a 31 year old mother of 4 children 15, 13, 8 & 7. I face a lot of temptation everyday . I love food . Over a year ago I weighed in at 267 today I weigh 200 . I lost weight on a very restrictive diet . To tell you the truth at the time I loved the diet but them it was too restrictive I didn't even exercise. Now I exercise 5-6 days a week and I haven't lost much weight . It has been over 2 months and I have list 5 ibs maybe . I am very frustrated and I need to know what i am doing wrong.
