Goals: maintain our points everyday 18 POINTS. NO ExCUSES. I wouldl like anyone who joins to have the same points limit, in order for the comments and tips all to relate to us specifically.

Other Info: hopefully the people who join will be in their 20's I want us all to have a goal of up to 50 pounds to lose. I personally have 20 -30 to lose.

Members profiles:
33 single, live with my boyfriend. I work full time and my job involves alot of time on the road at different locations and changing schedules. This makes it difficult to stick to diets so I am resolving to just eat healthy normal portions. I also try to get to the gym 5 days a week, but becuse of work and class schedules at my gym I don't always make it 5 days.





I am 33 years old, I have a 9 month old, a great husband, and am going back to teaching full time in a few weeks. I love to read and be active outdoors.


I am 42 with six kids. Very hapily married!
