I'm 29 year-old woman in the DC metro who believes that introverted-bookworm-artsy types like myself don't have to be puny! Like a million other people with desk jobs, I struggle daily to prioritize health and fitness. I've reached my personal goals for bodyfat, but I haven't attained the muscularity I aspire to. One of my biggest issues is with consistency. I find myself exercising and eating well for a couple weeks and then slacking for a couple weeks over and over, and over again.
