I love riding anywhere, anytime and with anyone. But I confess that I'm tired of riding and working out with the boys! I would love some female friends to join me for some recreational rides for a change.

57; changed life style a few years back -- didn't have to exercise because I walked everywhere and lugged stuff. Now I live in the city, sit in front of a computer all day and most of the night, and have turned into a marshmellow.

I am 55, practitioner of Holographic Repatterning for 15 years love to garden,walk and always interested in ideas for living and eating creatively and healthfully.
