I am a 31 year old working (Finance) mommy of a beautiful 3 year old boy. I have lost the majority of the weight I gained during pregnancy...but I need help getting motivated to work out! I have good intentions, but after working all day, cooking, cleaning and playing with my son - I'VE BEEN SLACKING! Would love some advice from other mommies out there!
I'm 21 years old and the mother to a 2 year old son. I'm striving to lose over 60 pounds. I'm exercizing using Dance Dance Revolution and staying under 1500 calories a day.
I'm a 30yo single mother of two. I'm a computer programmer and recently quit smoking. I'm looking to make some healthy changes in my 30s - including taking off some of the weight that's crept on over the last few years.
I am 16 going on 17 in June. I have been overweight since 1st grade. I never cared how I looked like until I started going to middle school, I started to look good and be healthier until I got pregnant, gained 30lbs with the pregnancy I just need to at least lose 50lbs until my daughter first bithday where a lot of pictures will be taken and saved for ever.
