Goals: maintain our points everyday 18 POINTS. NO ExCUSES. I wouldl like anyone who joins to have the same points limit, in order for the comments and tips all to relate to us specifically.

Other Info: hopefully the people who join will be in their 20's I want us all to have a goal of up to 50 pounds to lose. I personally have 20 -30 to lose.

Just had knee surgery, and starting to move again. Haven't been able to do much for last 5 years. Now that I've had the knee replacement, I want to try and drop the weight that's piled up over the last 5 years.





I am a 32 yr old mother who is in her second year of nursing school. I have been yo-yo dieting for the last 3 years and am at the point where I don't care if I am a size 8 ever again- I just want to be fit and healthy.
