26 year old tired of being a fat black male in America

I live in florida miami to be exact so the strive to be fit and thin is tougher thn ever here. I have always been able to maintain my normal weight 105lbs with little to nothing effort but ever since i moved in with my boyfriend i feel like i have blown up. I have always had low self esteem and these ponds arent making anything better. I find myself falling into depression and i dont want to be there. I have become a member of this site for support and tips, since im not reciving tht from my boyfriend (who thinks the world will implode on itself if he said to me tht i have gained a few pounds).
