I work with intellectually and physically handicapped adults on an on call basis, so eatting healthy is a challenge since I don't always have time to prepare something in advance or the home doesn't have anything really healthy.
I am a 30 year old male who wants to eat better and get a fit, firm body.
I am 49 male, divorced, and would like to reach my goal by my 50th Birthday in December. At 6'2" and 220 now, I probably need to lose 50lbs to achieve the Goal.
In my teens and 20s, I struggled to GAIN weight! (I used to drink half n half instead of milk and wear sweats under my clothes to create curves!) Now in my 30s, I have mastered the art of LAZINESS. I never work out, I eat one major high fat, high calorie meal a day (usually fast food), and snack on junk throughout the day (i.e. cookies, candy). I rarely get groceries, and if I do, I am too lazy to prepare it. I drink too much coffee. In fact, that's all I drink. 3 cups in the morning and that's all the liquids I consume for the remainder of the day. As a result, I've gained 40 pounds in 4 years!
