I'm a former and still occasional computer professional who owns a golf course / bbq restaurant in the mountains. I'm an ex- college baseball pitcher and tennis player who has never lost my competitive spirit. Now I golf and practice martial arts.

I am 5'6" and 21 years of age, I never smoke and only drink socially. I am fit ex cept that I am getting unnecessary fats.

I am a 30 year old male who wants to eat better and get a fit, firm body.
